Yes, all foreign nationals, except Indian citizens need visas in order to enter into Nepal. It is very easy to obtain the visa. You can apply visa either in Nepali consulate office in your respective country or you also can get visa when you arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Nepal, for this you need a valid passport, two passport size photos and bear the fixed charges for the visa.
The best ways to apply for visa is at the Nepalese diplomatic missions in your country. Otherwise, you also can get it from Immigration office at the entry points upon your arrival in Nepal at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
Nepal is a popular tourist destination in South Asia. Several Airlines have direct and non-stop flights from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Doha, Osaka, Shanghai, Moscow, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Karachi, Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Paro, Dhaka, Lhasa and Varanasi.
It is no problem at all, you can visit to the Immigration department in Kathmandu or in Pokhara and extend the visa for another 30 days and the charge for this is US$ 50. Indeed the visa can be extended for a total of 120 days, an additional 30 days visa may be granted on reasonable grounds from the Immigration Office. Nevertheless, tourist cannot stay in Nepal under tourist visa for more than 150 cumulative days.
In Kathmandu, we do have all sorts of hotels, from locals to the star hotels, as per your required and budget, we can book for you. But, during the trekking we provide you the guest house which is called tea house. Tea house is more like hotels with hot showers, western food and private room (twin sharing). In this arrangement overnight halts with dinner and breakfast will be in Tea houses (Lodges) and Lunch in local restaurants en-route. When you stay in local lodges you will be able to interact with the local communities.
We provide 1 porter for 2 clients basis and a porter can carry upto 25 kg so, you can give 12/13 kgs per client to porter. But if you prefer to have 1 porter only for yourself then please let us know, upon the extra payment for porter we arrange.
You can visit anytime around the year, but the best time for trekking, tour or mountaineering is considered to be in September to December and March to May. During January and February, we recommend for low altitude trekking and tours or jungle safaris.
Different kinds of equipment are required in different trekking routes, therefore, we request you to check the lists of equipments or email us and then we can fix it up what kinds of equipments we can arrange here and you need to get from your respective country.
Every day, we expect 6 to 7 hours walk in average . Sometime you have to walk 7 to 8 hours a day as well depending on the itinerary. All our Itineraries are flexible, we can rearrange as per your speed and time availability for respective trekking rout. You may tell us in advance if you want to have flexible and less walking hour per day then we customize the trekking itinerary as per your requirement.
We provide tents, mattress and kitchen equipments for camping trek, but for your personal equipment for trekking and climbing you have to arrange by yourself. And you may get information on Equipment list on every trekking route page.All types of equipment are possible to buy in Kathmandu, what kind of equipment is needed that we can deal to you thus we request you to email us.
We do not say that you have to be a marathon runner or have proper training on Olympics, but you better be fit and healthy. Depending on your walking or trekking speed, we may have to trek normally for 6 to 7 hours per day.
We suggest you to book early. In rush times, there is chance to miss out, therefore, if you book early, we could arrange you the right things for you. So, we humbly request you be in touch frequently. And you book atleast 2/3 months in advance. Somehow if you join a group and it is possible to arrange flights and other things we can take a booking.

There are many options or destinations designed for different ages groups, for instance, for children and pensioner, we offer short and easy trek around Kathmandu and Pokhara Valley Ghorepani poonhill trek, for adult and teenager, we offer moderate to hard trek, like Everest Base Camp, Manaslu, Dolpa, Mustang, Annapurna, Langtang among others.
